HOW CAN A CONSULTANT HELP US?
Consulting and Coaching are key elements to making a practice great! In a sense, you don't know what you don't know. Sometimes when you are in the thick of chaos in your practice, you only have time to put out fires. An outside set of eyes can help you prioritize those issues, train staff effectively, enhance leadership and more. Our programs are customized to YOUR needs. That is why we start with a Diagnositic Analysis. It lets us see your reality!
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A CONSULTANT AND A COACH?
Every practice has one dedicated Consultant for consistant advise and planning. A Coach is a specialist in specific areas of the practice and they train in those areas alone. Some Consultants are also Coaching Specialist.
WHY DO YOU ONLY COME ONCE A MONTH?
Change is not easy! Implementing new systems in a practice, while still working in the day to day environment can be challenging at first, because change is difficult for most people. We believe in layering training. It maximizes results and retention with the staff, practice and doctor. Our goal is to work Smarter not Harder.
WHY ARE PROGRAMS 12 MONTHS?
12 months can be just the starting point. It takes consistent work and follow up to effect change. In some cases, it takes longer. Many times, the needs or vision of the practice changes with growth and more consulting is necessary. Every practice and their needs are different. We are here to help you, what ever you need!

We promote team building and team unity. That means training the team you have. If there is a toxic individual who is impeeding progress, then a tough conversation will be coming, which may or may not end up in job loss. Firing staff is not what we are hear to do.
